Manage or cancel your plan from the billing page in your Tools.FAST account. Because the account and subscription are shared across the network, cancelling applies wherever your plan does.
What happens to your credits
After you downgrade, you keep your free daily credit allowance, and any credits you purchased stay in your wallet — purchased credits never expire.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't by itself refund the current period. Your first subscription payment can be refunded within 14 days — in full if unused, or for the unused portion — and an accidental renewal can be reviewed within 48 hours if you haven't used credits from the renewed period.
