How billing works
Extract.FAST runs on credits. You buy credits as a one-off pack or get them with a subscription, and a job spends credits only when it succeeds. The price you see before you press Extract is the price you pay. Failed or cancelled files are refunded automatically, so you are only charged for work that completed.
Refunds
Failed or cancelled files are refunded in credits automatically. Unused credit-pack balances can be refunded within 14 days, and a first subscription payment can be refunded within 14 days if unused, or partially for the unused portion. Credits used for successful jobs are not refundable. The Refund Policy page has the full details.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Accidental renewals can be reviewed within 48 hours if you have not used credits from the renewed period. The Cancellation page explains how.

Frequently Asked Questions
When am I charged a credit?
Credits are consumed only for successful jobs. If a file fails or is cancelled before completion, the credits for that file are automatically refunded — usually within minutes. In a multi-file job, only the files that succeed consume credits.
Do my credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire, so there is no risk of losing them by waiting.
Can I get my money back?
Credits used for successful jobs are not refundable, but unused balances and unused subscription value can be refunded within the windows described on the Refund Policy page. Your rights under applicable consumer law always apply.
