Scope: providers used by Extract.FAST
We list a provider here if it could receive data because someone used Extract.FAST. That includes the shared Tools.FAST account, billing, email, analytics, and diagnostics services you pass through as an Extract.FAST user. It does not include providers used only by Convert.FAST, Compress.FAST, future products, or open-source libraries that run on infrastructure we operate.
Content processing providers
These providers receive data only when you use the matching optional feature.

Account, billing, and communications
You reach these shared Tools.FAST services when you create an account, sign in, buy credits, or receive email.

Analytics and diagnostics
Extract.FAST uses privacy-first analytics and error diagnostics operated by Tools Fast Group for the Tools.FAST network. Analytics loads only where our consent settings allow it. Error diagnostics scrub sensitive fields and mask on-screen text. These services are not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or profiling.
Infrastructure and security
Standard extraction, storage, and downloads run on EU servers operated by Tools Fast Group in Germany. Uploaded files and outputs stay within the extraction storage path described in our Data Processing page.
Not used by Extract.FAST
Extract.FAST does not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or data brokers. AI meeting analysis and AI-generated titles use Azure-hosted AI inference on Microsoft infrastructure, while transcription-related providers are listed above. This page does not list providers used only by Convert.FAST, Compress.FAST, or future Tools.FAST products. Open-source tools and local libraries that run on infrastructure we operate — such as FFmpeg, ExifTool, or LibreOffice — are not subprocessors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do all files go to every provider?
No. Standard extraction runs on our own EU infrastructure. Optional providers receive data only when you use the matching feature — for example, an AI provider sees audio only when you request transcription, and Mapbox sees coordinates only when you request a GPS map report.
Does Mapbox receive my photos?
No. For GPS map reports we send GPS coordinate values only. We never send your photos, filenames, ZIP contents, browser session, or Extract.FAST account identity to Mapbox.
Where do AI meeting analysis and generated titles run?
AI meeting analysis and AI-generated titles use Azure-hosted AI inference on Microsoft infrastructure. Transcription providers are listed below.
How do you keep this list up to date?
We review it whenever we add, change, or remove a provider. If we stop using a provider, we remove it from this page; if we add one that may receive your data, we add it here.
