We don't train on your files
Your files are used only to run the extraction you asked for. We never use them to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine-learning model — ours or anyone else's. No advertising, no profiling, no content mining.
AI features use disclosed providers
Some features, such as transcription, speaker separation, meeting intelligence, and AI-generated titles, use specialist providers. Fast and quality transcription use GroqCloud with Zero Data Retention enabled, while meeting intelligence and speaker separation may use Replicate. AI meeting analysis and generated titles run through Azure AI Foundry. The Subprocessors page lists each provider and when it applies.
Processed, then deleted
Once your extraction finishes, your uploads and outputs are automatically deleted about an hour later, with no backups. Nothing about your file content is kept or reused beyond delivering your results.

Do you use my files to train AI?
No, never. Your files are processed only to run the extraction you requested and are then deleted. We don't use them to train, fine-tune, or improve any model — ours or anyone else's.
Does that include the audio transcription feature?
Yes. Fast and quality transcription use GroqCloud with Zero Data Retention enabled, so Groq does not retain your audio or transcript. Meeting intelligence and speaker separation may use Replicate for the parts needed to create the transcript and speaker-labeled output. Those providers process your data only for the job you requested and are not allowed to use it for training. See the Subprocessors page for details.
Do you analyze my file contents for anything else?
No. We don't scan, index, or analyze your file contents for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the extraction you asked for.
